All pics are retouched, coupled with hosting on our downloadable viewing site, usually available within 4-5 days. You have the ability to create your own flash drive, and photo disc by simply downloading from our website. Photo disc, and Flash drive can also be purchased and shipped to your home address (average pic count is 50-75)

Yes you own the rights to your pictures

We start off by selecting the most prime location for your family, and we make sure you wont be disturbed by other tourist, or passers by while your on the beach . The package contains over 15 minutes of hi-res pictures , and is accessible through our user friendly website.

The $199 pack! Why not a CD ? The DVD can hold up to 7 times more memory than a standard CD, additionally, it has the same format. But get a flash drive, it trump’s all!

What about copyrights ?

At 777 Portraits , our Myrtle Beach Photography portraits also never have an added copyright. In addition, we believe that whoever is in the picture should be able to do with it whatever they want to with it . However the photographer does not have rights, likewise only the owner of the company, and the client.

Sitting fees ?

Never !! The package is all, total, as well as complete ,period !

Refund policy.

No refund will be given for cancellations within 12 weeks before the session. Furthermore in the months of May, June, July, or August. In the rare event that refund is given for cancellation, there will be a $100 cancellation fee. This applies to bookings at any time, even if you booked it 5 minutes ago. We are sorry but if we take the time to sell it, and you cancel, you will pay for the time. ) Nevertheless, “If you have rain, we will reschedule for the next available day. You are required to show up, unless the photographer states otherwise. If it rains all week, then you are refunded.

This is a beach its always windy

Be prepared for it, and bring extra hairspray if you need to, because its not an excuse to reschedule unless its abnormally windy(at photographers discretion) . We are absolutely not responsible for your hair style being ruined by the wind. Fly away’s are to be expected. If you choose to wear your hair down, you are assuming the risk.

Reputation

We maintain a perfect feedback rating, furthermore we will protect it to the furthest extent of the law. Any false slander against this highly rated, and recommended company will be handled in open court with a defamation lawsuit. Our family has put years of hard work, and dedication to protecting our PERFECT RATING. Moreover of course we always deliver what we say we are going to do.  We reserve the right to cancel without notice, in addition to refuse service to anyone.

Any extra fees are applied to the original booking of Myrtle Beach family photographers including tax, license, and service fees totaling approx. 15% during season.
We take fraud very seriously. There are types that complain about their service just to get a discount. In addition something for free. Please be forewarned, attorneys contact clients. If it turns out that the complaint is not legit, each legal age member of the group is responsible. We hate to post this, but a few people ruin it for everyone.

Our packages are the only of it’s type in America, and we only partner/sub professional Myrtle Beach family photographers, so there is never an issue with the quality of your pictures. Not every picture is going to be a winner, of course sometimes people blink, not to mention, there is someone in your background. This is why we take several pics of the same pose, before moving on to a different pose.
